  It was a pleasure buying from Booocat, quick response to my bid, item immediately dispatched, item arrived in a good quality cardboard box with internal paper packaging so the item was kept secure during transit. The item was brand new with manufacturer tags & information sheet included, absolutely as described within seller's sale description. Great value v buying same item at one of the several stores who were also offering it. Lovely seller!

  Genesis a trick of the tail album,came exactly as described,like new,a bit of damage on the front of the cardboard case,which was listed,apart from that everything was in good condition,arrived in good time and well packaged,a reasonable price,played the CD it worked fine.I Like the album,lovely artwork on the case and CD,I would recommend this seller booocat.I’m very happy with my purchase, would recommend this seller and would buy from them again.

  three of the discs were season 1 instead of season 5. This was no fault of the seller as the discs were mislabelled and packaged as season 5 and they very promptly refunded the boxset when I contacted them so I have rated the condition and despatch as 5 star to be fair. I had previously had the same problem ordering this item from a different supplier so there is obviously a fault at the factory.

  This seller is fantastic. I honestly couldn't be happier! To start, their communication was brilliant. The kit itself is perfect, amazing condition (listed as used but honestly I can't see a mark on it) and was delivered super quick. Woke up to the postman at my door. As for the packaging... Never have I seen something packed with such care and attention to not only the value of the item, but the value of what it means to the buyer. I cannot thank you enough. It took me 5+ minutes to open it!
