Based in Liverpool, we are part of the Cash Converters Network, one of the most established sellers of used/graded items in the UK. We have two franchised stores in Merseyside employing a team of dedicated full-time staff. We have trained staff members looking after the whole process of selling our goods online and we aim to give great customer service.

    My experience with the seller has been positive despite my item arriving via external courier damaged. My response received once reported was prompt and my refund was arranged immediately so I will NOT be leaving negative feedback although disappointed my item was broken this could have been done in transit. Would buy from seller again, maybe not glass!

    Bought item took couple weeks to arrive .no dab aerial. End pieces chucked in box .bought accessories to use it . Set all up horrible hum coming from unit . So emailed em explained fault and that id like to get fix . There response. Just return it . They don't check item Just trying to sell broken stuff to honest ebayers. Cash convertors lol no wonder all there stores shut down . Use an honest polite seller not these jokers

    It did state in the listing power lead only, unfortunately we forgot to add in no aerial. This was an error on our side. We do not intentionally sell faulty items as working, we test to the best of our ability in a fast paced store. I can assure all our stores have not closed down & as you can see from our seller feedback we are a reputable business. We did offer a refund if returned, we don't have the facility to repair items. I think your feedback is harsh & unreasonable.
