The quality of the product wasn’t good due to some of the items breaking and they looked cheaper quality to the pictures in the description. When asked for a refund was only offered £2 then offered £6 if I wanted a full refund I would have to pay to send it back which would of left me with a loss

Do not buy from this seller! The Airpods I purchased were listed as genuine Apple Airpods Gen 3. The ones that arrived were cheap Chinese knock offs (see photos). Clearly a scam. I contacted the seller and he offered to reduce the price by $15 and have me keep them. The seller clearly misses the point that he should be honest with his listing. If I wanted to buy fake Airpods I would have done so. Total waste of time. I did return them and was refunded.
