One shoe arrived very creased and has clear signs of wear. Other shoe was new. Poorly packaged. Seller’s answers to questions were impolite and almost aggressive in tone. “read the description” is unhelpful if I’m asking for more information and confirmation of a fact that is unclear and shows how little this seller values customers.

I should have blocked this buyer before they bought these. The emails prior to purchase were blaming other sellers of not sending leather shoes as advertised, I suspect this buyer is a serial complainer. 'Were ours leather'? YES, asking someone to read the advert, actually answers their questions. At times I am unsure why we put any information in!!! We advertised that they have been tried on, hence creases on one shoe. Once the stock has gone the madness will end, as I leave EBAY after 17 years
