I sent a photo as proof and requested a refund. The seller offered a partial refund of 30%, when I declined they then offered 50%. I made it clear that I had no use for a damaged frame, that's not what I paid for. By offering a partial refund the seller has accepted the frame is damaged so why would they not offer a full refund? I will never use this seller again.
