Ordered 4 frames. 2 Frames arrived damaged. They were clearly damaged before shipping as packaging was perfect. Contacted seller. Seller replied and said they would replace them. Then told me I should close the case to make the replacement easier. Don’t think so. Close case then no eBay support. Contacted seller again and was asked to send back the damaged frames which I was more than happy to do from the start. Sent me a return address & then went cold. Had to ask eBay to step in for refund.
