    Just to let you know, your chosen courier dropped the parcel on the step in full view of the street, he didn’t press the bell clearly marked “deliveries” he banged on my door and buggered off without waiting to see if anyone was there to take the delivery. He had no intention of waiting for anyone to answer the door. The company then sent me an email to say they had left it in a “safe place”. I could easily have been writing to you now to say the parcel was stolen from the step.
