Item as described so happy with that. However, not happy with the UPS delivery. Pointless having tracked delivery with a delivery time slot if they can just ignore it and not bother turning up. Waited in all day the first time and eventually at about 6pm got another email with a new time slot for the next day. No apology. No explanation. Luckily it came fairly early before I needed to go out as I wouldn't have waited in all day again.

Contents as expected, and well packed in sturdy box. Delivery wasn't one of RM's better efforts: in all day Friday, but didn't know they'd been until found card next day! It said they'd try again Monday, but didn't appear until Tuesday, so wasted day waiting. No wonder people are choosing couriers instead. (This is to explain why I've ticked "no" in "arrive on time" box, even though sent out quickly).
