    The bed is lovely. Delivery was excellent and updated throughout. Sadly 1 base board damaged when unpacked. Notified the seller immediately within hours of delivery and waited less than 5 minutes for a reply. They have offered a service team to repair a dent in the base without delay. I can't fault the seller. Immediate contact on reporting the issue, resolution without question. Quality service and with this resolution I would have no hesitation purchasing from them again.
