    Beautiful item, as described. Bed is comfortable & spacious. Great customer service, quick to respond. Good communication about delivery times - we were told the day and timeslot, driver called 30 mins before arrival. Sounds obvious but MEASURE BEFORE YOU BUY! The headboard is a huge 2x2 metre piece, can't be dismantled, hard to carry round tight corners & up stairs. In many house moves, we've never had a problem getting big furniture into small awkward houses but this was just too chonk 😅
