    The bed is lovely. Delivery was excellent and updated throughout. Sadly 1 base board damaged when unpacked. Notified the seller immediately within hours of delivery and waited less than 5 minutes for a reply. They have offered a service team to repair a dent in the base without delay. I can't fault the seller. Immediate contact on reporting the issue, resolution without question. Quality service and with this resolution I would have no hesitation purchasing from them again. Thank you.

Good communication about delivery times - we were told the day and timeslot, driver called 30 mins before arrival. Sounds obvious but MEASURE BEFORE YOU BUY! The headboard is a huge 2x2 metre piece, can't be dismantled, hard to carry round tight corners & up stairs. In many house moves, we've never had a problem getting big furniture into small awkward houses but this was just too chonk 😅
