Communication wasn't the best though; I don't recall seeing any emails with instructions on how to get the amp to the seller (I found instructions on their website), or to confirm receipt of the amp. I also contacted the seller for an update, didn't receive a reply, but my repaired amp was dispatched shortly thereafter. This is more an eBay 'controlling' issue as they don't supply us with a direct email address anymore , everything is filtered through their system.
