  He advertises in several places under different seller names. He does not post even though he provides free postage to my address. I order, pay and then he tells me that he will not post the product to this address. This has happened several times, Northern Ireland is not included in the mailing exclusions, but he does not post. Despite my repeated requests, not even with a possible additional payment. Why is such a seller just a waste of time, the time spent.
