    I hate leaving negative feedback but purchased an item which wasn’t dispatched. I messaged to chase but never heard back. In the end I had to open a case which they also didn’t respond to (eventually eBay refunded me). Totally understand if items are out of stock/ unavailable but some communication instead of being ignored would have been appreciated, especially as it was quite a pricey item.
