  The seller went out of their way to send me sample pictures and video of the product so there wasn't any doubt it was in perfect condition. They were incredibly respectful and communicative throughout our interactions, and we agreed on a price that was incredibly fair given the current digicam market.   Having communicated with the seller regarding damage to an order, I see that I was in error, and failed to account for all possibilities in transport and delivery of my purchase. I was in error. Clearly. I apologize for my ill-advised assumptions, and I d like to heal the damage done to a perfectly good and conscientious seller thru my own misperceptions.

  This person waited until I left them positive feedback to leave me this response and then blocked me without any chance of making anything right. The USPS lost this petty person's item, to which I filed a report and followed up daily about. The item was wrapped in multiple boxes, bubble wrap and with fragile stickers all over. It was an irregular sized frame which I had to make and design a shipping box for using two boxes. How lame to block me after leaving this message, how petty.
