    Amazing overall, accidentally placed the order on the wrong card so I shot them a message explaining what happened, they refunded the money and I re ordered. The 6pack is absolutely amazing and comfortable, good quality and sturdy, brand new with tags still on and in original packaging. My previous hanger pouch was deeper and left too much of a gap between the carrier and the hanger, the agilite one is amz. Shipping time was fast and prompt with 0 issues I will 100% buy from them again .

    The package was a victim of the USPS crazy shipping functions and it bounced around thousands of miles away, but eventually it found its way to my address. This had absolutely nothing to do with the seller. I have been a customer for a long time and will continue to do so. I am just selecting that they ship using UPS. The items was brand new with tags still attached and it was brand new in appearance and sold at a really good price point.
