  Shipping was hard to track and the box arrived damaged. I would expected a better packaging based on the price of shipping. The product it was as described and arrived in great condition. The value taking under consideration it was the doll and dress as needed it was good. I would recommend the store based on the initial response. The product has great quality so at least on doll I recommend. My main recommendation is provide better packaging for items.

  Estoy dejando una evaluacion positiva aunque estoy decepcionada con esta compra. Son ramas de una planta que queria para cultivar y paso dos semanas en camino, hasta hoy que lo recibi. Al sacarlo del empaque estaban partidas las ramas y muchas hojas se cayeron, no obstante no voy a perjudicar al vendedor que imagino no tiene la culpa de la demora en la entrega. Adoro esta planta, confio en poder recuperarla.
