I've lobbied eBay for years to not rate sellers for shipping and to allow the rating to be posted for the entity responsible for it. USPS messed the delivery up. They shipped it between San Francisco and Oakland several times before they finally got it up north where I live. I don't know if they were practicing? Perhaps teaching staff how not to route an item? The seller shouldn't suffer for USPS incompetence. USPS gets one star.
