A day late arriving but that is down to Royal Mail and not the seller very good communication from the seller the quality of the product is fantastic and as advertised. These are made to order and they come with instructions on how to wash them which is a nice touch from something you don’t always get from homemade products. Highly recommended and thank you

Item was a gift and and ordered in good time for delivery. It arrived late as was not sent by 3 day courier as advertised. Was instead sent by RM 2nd class post. No tracking information was provided. There was no resolution with seller about later arrival. Didn’t care.

item was posted in time scale. delivery was also recieved in royal mail time scale which is 3-5 working days. buyer expected a refund and to keep the product . ebay resolved the case without a refund

I was surprised that the bow came in a paper envelope it was soaking wet, It should have been put in a little plastic bag then put in the envelope, I did contact the seller to explain but they couldn't be bothered to reply to my message, kind regards lynn
