the useless courier claimed they had but had failed to deliver. When contacted the seller immediately sent out a new box which arrived the next day. They were polite, sympathetic and very helpful, I'll be buying more from them. And the dates, now they've arrived, are delicious...

Had problem with delivery, bowl lid was cracked & split in transit, however after contacting seller same day, they immediately sent out a complete new bowl & lid, I said I would have been happy with just new lid, but was good of seller to send whole package.

Delivery condition was a disgrace box was burst and insecure inside and considering I paid extra for earlier delivery I was very disappointed.Product itself was undamaged but I was very disappointed in it as description was not very clear I did not notice it was plastic I was wanting glass , I think the price is too much for what it is .

The product is fab but the packaging was not - when the delivery driver brought the package, the box had come wide open (please see attached photo). Luckily the product was not lost or damaged. The delivery driver blamed the person who sent the item for not packaging the item up (bubble wrap etc) and for not sellotaping the box up properly.
