    The seller has a restriction on changing the delivery address on the product, I moved and Ebay still sends the seller the old address, called UPS to change it to my new address on the same day the shipping label was issued but they said the seller restricted the change and they have to do it, I messaged the seller same day & the next day to help to redirect the delivery to my new address received a respond that they will try it but they never contacted me about the results, the product lost.

    Based on the review, you have not received the item, product was lost. Now you are asking for a return. I have shipped another hose to you at no additional cost to you but it has not been delivered yet. So you bash sellers that you did not receive the item, yet want to return the item that supposedly does not fit? But you did not receive it.
