Delivery delayed by a few days due to the initial delivery of the wrong shovel, the Roughneck "square " shovel (ROU68144). This was found to be equally impressive and worthy of buying, but I already had a "square" one. The seller then sent the correct item and most generously let me keep the "square" free of charge, given the cost of returning it. I would happily buy Roughneck again.
