Then after collection a further 2 weeks to get refunded, again excuse after excuse for delay. Total joke, seller blamed everyone bar themselves for the issue, of which was clearly their error in the first place sending the wrong item, a cheaper item!! Will never use this company again.

Unfortunately, the courier damaged my ladder in transit (substantially buckling and generally mis-treating). I informed BPS and they rectified the issue immediately - within 2 days, I had a new (undamaged) ladder. Communications were excellent; always keeping me informed every step of the way - I had no stress, following my initial frustrations with the delivery company. I can thoroughly recommend BPS (world class customer focus).
