    Took a little longer than expected (couple of days) but I believe this was a courier issue and not the seller. Having messaged to get an update the seller was quick to respond and apologised for the delay. We all expect items to be delivered way too soon these days. Not had chance to open the item yet but it looks well packaged. I’ve every confidence all will be fine. No foreseeable problems, happy.

    Item arrived folded in packaging which means I gotta spend a few days flattening it out again. Delivery took ages but this was down to evri not having a driver in my area. Not sellers fault. Only arrived in a postage bag with no original packaging and with being bent I do question whether item was new as described.

    Took too long to arrive and once received the plug socket wasn’t even U.K. nor European, how do you sell things to the U.K. market with Chinese/US plug socket? There’s no adaptor neither, and the description mentioned nothing about the plug situation other than it’s electric, not giving buyers the option to buy it elsewhere. I was refunded, that I’m grateful about but nothing about how to send the pump back to them. The adapter is more expensive than the pump, this isn’t professional.
