We stayed at home on the day of delivery, only to find the item had been returned to the seller without the courier visiting our address!!! We contacted the seller who informed is that the item had been returned to them as we'd refused to accept it. This is a complete lie, as no delivery was attempted. Our payment was refunded quickly. They need to bin their courier!
