I waited over a week for the delivery after status updated to dispatched. I contacted the seller who responded pretty much immediately to say they will look into it. I received an update pretty much the following day to say there had been an issue with Evri, but the parcel had now been located and that it will be put on a next day delivery with DPD at no additional cost. The parcel arrived safe & sound via DPD the following day. Seller communication excellent & issue dealt with promptly - Thanks

Item was damaged when arrived with a number of areas bent and dented. It was clearly a return. The seller tried to blame it on transit damage but this was not possible with the condition of the item compared with the packaging; even though it was packaged poorly. They have now stopped responding. Very poor, don't buy from them. The bent area were worse than the photos show as I had to bend them back as best I could to install it.

This buyer claimed a clearly new item was "used", yet wanted to keep this "used" item alongside a partial refund. This used item was "fixed" and then "used" by the buyer.All was done by us to resolve the issue, but the request was unreasonable and could not be resolved.
