Unfortunately, Evri dumped my parcel, which was stolen, but after explaining to the seller, they resolved the matter within a couple of days and offered a refund or replacement. My replacement was sent out a few hours after confirming my choice. Rheya C couldn’t have been more professional/helpful. I appreciate it and would 100% recommend this seller.
