    Product was faulty sadly, one earbud would not turn on at all and both earbuds didn’t charge evenly however the company immediately responded to my message and processed a full refund with no questions asked. The product looked brand new and was still in sealed packaging so the error was definitely not their fault.     Arrived on tie, but the delivery a didn’t ring the bell or Knock. Just left the parcel on the doorstep. Which I found the next morning. Thus is niot the first time Amazon driver has left the packages on the doorstep without calling. Which is very annoying as I could have lost my item. Fortunately I live in a very good neighbourhood. I have a camera in the front and it just showed person dropping if off . No attempt to knock.
