This was DHL's fault and not the seller. Rescheduled delivery with DHL and all good. When the item arrived though, on assembling it, it had a part major missing. The seller was quick to send out a replacement which arrived quickly and this time it had all the parts. The desk is brilliant and can't fault the seller. Great communication & fast delivery! I think the courier dropped the package and damaged some parts of the desk, I Immediately processed a return however the seller just told me that there was no need to return, they will just send me a new one and it will arrive in 2-3 days. Well, I actually got the new one less than 48 hours after I first communicated the issue with the seller. They are just brilliant. Highly recommended!
