    It arrived on time, and was very well packaged, only one dent on the side, really good condition, there was a password on it when it arrived but I managed to reset it, not very good communication from the seller but good value for what it is.

    iPad arrived on time and well packaged. Sadly, it could only charge to 85%, something the seller neglected to mention in the item’s description. I would have happily sent it back, but my young niece had already customised it and didn’t want to let it go. Charging problems aside, the device appears to be in good shape for now. Communication with the seller was also quite poor. I wouldn’t buy from them again, but if you do, be sure to ask as many questions as possible to avoid disappointment.

    Its a feature of ipad and ios where it charges slow after 85% to protect battery health.

    Fast delivery next day with Royal Mail item was well packed safely delivered very happy with my purchase . The two negatives was, no Communication with the seller as I sent two messages  and no track number , when it was dispatched from EBay shop.
