    This is the second order for the same item, this time was a gift! Only disappointment I had it wasn’t in a nice bag and puffed out like mine was. Contacted seller explained it was a gift and it didn’t look good just vacuum packed. Seller just informed me all their quilts come vacuum packed now. I guess to save on postage. So if you’re buying for yourself fine, but if it’s a gift it just didn’t look nice to give! My first order came in a lovely bag with carry handles, so it looked lovely.

    Don't buy from this company. Items not as described, came in a brown box, no plastic protection no details of product. Poor communication, ignoring my messaages, declined return when they advertise returns. Poor quality item, for the cost of product, coukd brought the same for £47 brought from this company as it appeared to be a better product
