The tall plastic cupboard garden storage we ordered, wasn’t the original one we ordered, the delivery guy wouldn’t leave it as we hadn’t been sent a code, we had an email saying we wouldn’t take the item as it was damaged, the item was not damaged, so we received another one which was different we didn’t know it was different until we put it together, it’s very flimsy wasn’t really worth the price we paid for the original one, a gust of will move it.

The transaction itself and the communication with the seller were OK (product sent by Amazon), however, the product - Keter tall plastic shed - is rubbish, was damaged, had some parts missing, and disintegrated as it was assembled. I have binned it. Contact with Keter customer support established that they have no replacement parts in the UK and one should obtain a replacement or refund from the supplier. Returning it too much hassle. It was a bad buy!
