    Postage was good. As described unfortunately it's even more broken now it's got more broken bits other than the hand. The seller is a good one I wouldn't usually say anything but I just want them to know it was broken in transit and it didn't have much packaging only a little bit of bubblewrap. I'm going to try and fix it but there is alot of broken peices. All in all I respect the charity accidents happen. I'm still given you a 100% for being a tremendous agency. Thankyou

    TY Beanie Baby Erin arrived today well wrapped inside a sturdy box with a deep layer of plastic bags as wrapping so he wouldn't get cold,. It was a genuine mistake by the lister as it was was hard to tell the difference as these were reproduced items. Seller refunded with no problems.
