    You all, just do it! This is a beautiful piece and looks better in person. I love Staub and have a growing collection especially in this particular color which makes for a great addition. I haven't used it yet but I'm sure it will work out very well like all of my other Staub cookware. Britsense is wonderful to deal with, professional and quickly responds to questions. I received my item well packed and more importantly undamaged! It arrived a few days early which was a very nice surprise.

    Britsense Ltd made this special purchase a pleasure start to finish. The Staub cocotte is exactly as described, arrived quickly and thanks to careful packaging, arrived in great shape. This Staub cocotte with Stag lid is simply gorgeous! Sure to cook many favourite family meals for generations. Our first meal was chili con carne browned, then slow simmered on a wood cookstove, served up with fresh bread to three generations. Staub is very simply the best you can buy.
