    Ultra fast shipment from Germany to the UK. Extremely well packaged. No "additional fees" on delivery (if you know what I mean). Remote control was faulty, but I was issued a partial refund in order to purchase a replacement. Wrong instruction manual was included (I downloaded the correct one online). A couple of errors made, but resolved satisfactorily. The VCR was fully functional and in excellent condition, so no complaints there. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the VCR and service provided.
