Good morning, as explained when we replied and fully refunded you (still yet to get the item back) the new item was opened slightly to check the item as a small business we like to check the items before sending to make sure theres no problems and cut down returns. Buyer was very rude throughout dealing so best to give full refund but as stated we are still waiting for you send the item back? if that could be actioned that would be great. Kind regards

Quick delivery. Lovely throw. Surprised it arrived without the box. Description said box may be damaged & item only removed for testing. There was a grubby patch ( easily rinsed off) & a few bits needed picking off. I’d say it wasn’t as “new” as suggested, but it does work fine & for the price I paid, I’m a very happy customer.
