  The item was described as new and arrived well packed and appeared new. However the box set had a number of faulty discs. On contacting the seller they were immediately helpful and offered a $20 refund and I was to retain the item which I accepted. Since then the seller has sourced and full replacements for series 1 2 and 3. Not many sellers would do this. Highly recommended seller
