    The quality was as described and good, and I’m happy with the price. However, I made a simple mistake with shipping, and when I politely messaged him asking if there was something he could do to help (and offered to compensate him for said error), he was incredibly rude. I’m well aware the error was on my end, but he could have just told me he wasn’t able to help and I would have thanked him and tried to resolve it another way.

    This is all made up in an effort to get a refund from us for their promise to remove the “Unjust” negative feedback they gave us. Sorry, we don't play these games. We'll live with the unjust negative feedback. Once you give into to extortion, it will never end.
