Hello from Sarah Nibert and Stephen Bryant. We started Brybert resale as a hobby early this year and fell in love with the hunt for new inventory. Most of our items come from local southern Illinois storage unit auctions, Estate sales, and online marketplaces like Facebook for bargains. We try to pass the savings on and sell our items at a reasonable price, and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. The packaging had taken a beating in transit, but ultimately nothing inside was damaged.     I definitely recommend this seller. The item was exactly as shown and described. The way they packaged the item was very clever the jewelry I ordered came in a cat treat pouch box that was totally deceiving to what was inside. And it was packed very well inside the box even if it had been kicked around during shipping nothing was going to happen to the item. My order was shipped promptly and I think this purchase was absolutely worth what I paid.

    The seller is outstanding. It was very unfair of me to rate the sellers even before I discussed the problem with them. . As it turned out, the sellers already started the ball rolling even before I made contact with them and refunded in full what I paid for the item that was delivered to me in a timely fashion.
