  Product defected have tried to come to agreement of having part refund seller did not respond after sending to many messages absolutely rude and bad service could not send item back due to an elderly person that has bought the item for her nice as a present and of course after being opened I couldn't post back for the refund but after all have to open a case with ebay only to get the seller to respond to see if he could agree part refund that I wanted do not buy from this seller bad service ZERO
