  Great seller very positive and sent my items very quickly didnt realise id orderd 2 so will give one of the water filters to my son I think everyone should filter there water you never know whats in it and it dosnt taste right . Also nice message from them of appretiation to us customers . Thumbs up and Cheers shall use again hopefully no probs at all..also the filter was priced very reasonable plice.

  Item is great, BUT they post it in a plastic bag. No bubble wrap. Should go in a box. I bought 1, it arrived broken as it gets tossed, thrown, crushed under other parcels & droooed on the ground at delivery. Asked for a replacement expressing "mark fragile" or package it better. Arrived broken worse than the first one. Expensive to throw 2 in the bin. I was fully refunded. I feel for the seller, losing 2 items + postage costs. Hopefully they'll invest in packaging, it's a beautiful tiara :'(
