  Border Biscuits 5 Varieties Twin Pack 100, delivered in a crushed condition, asked for replacement but they said box was crushed but not the Biscuits, wanted me to pay half for the return, contacted ebay asked them to cancel order and get full refund, after they received the Biscuits I had to wait 4 days when ebay made the refund, this has never happened to me in all the years I have been a member of ebay, would not recommend this company if you have a problem.
