  An excellent buying experience throughout, with the seller having both a very competitive pricing structure & also offering free postage too. I welcomed finding that not only is the radio well packaged in its own box, but this was also placed inside another & thus the contents were well protected during shipment. The product appears to be of good quality & therefore I'm highly delighted with all aspects of this particular transaction accordingly.

  Although the actual model was great, item delivered loose in a plastic bag - so box was badly damaged. Supposed to be a birthday gift, so had to apologise to recipient. Seller claimed no other packaging was available and offered no apology without prompt. Settled on a partial refund, but overall a bad experience. Only 2nd negative feedback I have given in over 20 years on eBay. But I can’t say otherwise, item was damaged and seller didn’t seem that bothered that they failed to package correctly
