    Sadly despite a tracking No. being issued it has disappeared along the way, once the seller realised this they informed me & offered a full refund which occured very quickly, full marks for speediness, yes I would use them again.

    Although the actual model was great, item delivered loose in a plastic bag - so box was badly damaged. Supposed to be a birthday gift, so had to apologise to recipient. Seller claimed no other packaging was available and offered no apology without prompt. Settled on a partial refund, but overall a bad experience. Only 2nd negative feedback I have given in over 20 years on eBay. But I can’t say otherwise, item was damaged and seller didn’t seem that bothered that they failed to package correctly
