    Avoid!!! I purchased these banners and on the listing it doesn’t allow you to select what type of postage (1st or 2nd class) It sets postage at £5.90. I recently messaged the seller to query when it might arrive and was sadly met with arrogance and was made to feel small regarding whether I selected 1st or 2nd class and he even said “do you not know how much 1st class is?” LETS BE CLEAR - this seller is charging £5.90 for postage and then sending them out 2nd class for only £2.00! Don’t buy.

    This customer purchased the banners two days before the occasion and selected 2nd class to post out. 2nd class takes 3 to 5 working days. She contacted me with a really bad attitude. Treat people the way you want to be treated yourself. Absolutely no need for it. I will 100% take responsibility if the fault is of mine, but in this instance, it is 100% not my fault here!

    Be aware that the estimated delivery dates are both advertised the same for both 1st class and 2nd class! Even after my dates were confirmed in an email, I was questioned if I knew the difference between 1st class and 2nd class when I asked if I would receive on these dates, disgusting customer service and even when it did arrive, they weren’t very good quality at all. Not bright in colours just dull looking

    As already stated in our conversation, these dates are not set by me, they are set by EBAY and can not be altered in any way. But as for 1st and 2nd class being the same date, surely you must know that this would not be the case. I had reason to believe everyone knew the difference between 1st and 2nd class postage. Obviously 1st class is going arrive quicker, no matter what ebay states! Very abusive customer. Absolutely no need for it!

    Ordered a card for my little girls 2nd birthday, ordered on the 4th and was told it would arrive between the 6th to the 10th, it's now the 13th and the card is still a no show. Contacted the seller hoping they could help however they where extremely arrogant and tried to make me feel stupid for using 2nd class postage instead of 1st class. I was told if I used 1st class I'd have it by now even though I ordered in plenty time for it to arrive with 2nd class. Avoid this seller!

    This is 100% not true. You contacted me to ask if this card would arrive in time for a certain date, and I said yes it would if you upgraded to 1st class - You decided not to do this based on my advice and then complained that it did not arrive? We have options for faster delivery and if a customer needs it sooner, why not just use these options rather than hope for the best and then be disappointed when the item is not with you for the date you require it? We can only do our best!
