  Ordered and paid for 2kg of product, only 1 kg was delivered. Opened the parcel in front of the postie as he said it felt lighter than the listed weight, which was 2kg, the parcel weighed 1.089kg, packaging included. I immediately contacted the seller and advised them that the amount sent was incorrect even before I was notified that the parcel had been delivered. They insist that 2kg was sent. Just a pure rip off. Will never use this seller again.

  Hello, we responded promptly, began an investigation, and requested photos to help resolve the issue, but you chose to escalate to eBay instead. Our records show 2.1kg was sent and delivered. Theft in transit is possible, and we’re still happy to investigate with AusPost if you're willing to provide the requested photos.
