    Print has tears and creases. Good packaging so the damage was there before shipping. Seller offered a refund but didn’t offer to replace it with a duplicate item they’re selling. Decided to keep it because no other sellers have a listing for this item at this time. Seller doesn’t know how to handle prints so be cautious.

    We take all concerns about damaged items seriously and strive to provide the best customer experience possible. However, based on our records, the item was thoroughly inspected and securely packaged before shipping. There were no indications of damage upon dispatch. If the item was truly damaged, you were asked to provide clear photos of the Edition # which you did not. You chose hostility, false images and threatened negative feedback instead of working towards a resolution to the situation.
