About us

The Office Crowd was formed in response to a societal shift in the wake of the 2020 pandemic. Climate crisis awareness increased along with a focus on health and well-being, and a demand for better work/life balance.

The Office Crowd was developed to take a circular economy approach to a linear sector by refurbishing used office furniture which would otherwise have found its way to landfill.

Utilising the skills of in-house craftsmen, aspirational brands are repaired, re-upholstered and restored to provide a cost-effective, sustainable alternative to buying new.

    Took over a week to "dispatch" the item and sent me a supposed tracking number. Tracking never showed that it had been dispatched, seller not answering messages forced me to open an item not received case with eBay who thankfully took my side and were forced to issue me a full refund. Would avoid this seller 100%. Something strange goes on here, not sure if he's drop shipping or just selling items he doesn't have but something doesn't add up.

    Hi we dont drop ship we have started using a new Fedex e commerce delivery method which has been a challenge with getting correct tracking but now on top of it

    The chair arrived in good condition but did not have the 4D arms or the lumbar support, to be clear the seller did NOT claim that it did. I got the wrong end of the stick because a photo review of "this item" showed them as being included. The neutral rating reflects that the returns label was for a 5kg package and the communication from the seller was slow and limited. Would not recommend if you are unsure about what you are buying.
