Burton Security is a leading manufacturer, distributor & installer of Physical Security Equipment. This store is our official store for all our factory seconds, end of line & ex demo safes. Its also where we sell reconditioned safes, which we fully refurbish to the British Standard BS7582 2021. Under this standard the safes are stripped down, locks & boltworks are repaired or replaced, safe bodies repainted and new safe BS labels applied. Our reconditioned safes are restored as closely as possible to their original manufactured specification and our listed cash ratings are taken from the Association of Insurance Surveyor's independent ratings list.

Safe was in good condition and arrived on time. But the after sales from this company was terrible. The instructions how to operate the safe were poor and I was unable to change the master code. The seller answered one email that basically referred me to the instructions, which didnt help. I had to contact the manufacturer to get this sorted.!!!

I am very sorry to hear that you did not receive the after sales help that you wanted from us. The safe you purchased is not one that we regularly sell and so in this case our service desk were just as reliant on the manufacturer's instructions as you were. None the less your comments are valid & noted. I will speak with our service department to ensure they are better trained for future sales.
