Great hat but even better service from bush-wear. I originally ordered a Medium, which was delivered promptly. But on trying it on realised I needed a Large. Waistcoat and breeks ordered. breeks wrong size as ordered so sent them back and requested right size replacement. Refund given less £3. 35 postage. So now waistcoat surplus to requirements, so will have to be returned costing me another £3.35 postage. When contacted by phone. " You need to go through ebay I can't help '. That's not good customer service. Bush Wear's mistake means I have to pay in time and money.
