  The item is great and so is the customer services. There was a shortfall on the postage, I had to pay Royal Mail £3.50 to deliver, I contacted Butatrades and this amount was refunded, with photographic evidence, right away. EXCELLENT SERVICE

  Great seller, item was dispatched and sent out the same day. Unfortunately there was an issue with the item which was to no fault of the seller, it was more than likely to be a manufacturing error but once I'd messaged the seller and sent photos of the issue they were quick to respond giving me their sinister apologies, they didn't hesitate to offer me with a full refund. Very professional and great customer service skills. I couldn't recommend them enough. Definitely using for future orders.

  Royal Mail messed the delivery up at no fault of the seller. They were very helpful, quick to respond and helped me resolve the issue so i could still get a replacement in time for Christmas as the item was a gift.
